Andrea Hetrick

Biography:

Andrea Hetrick is currently a doctoral student and graduate manager in the Leadership and Performance Dynamics lab, a research lab within the University of Georgia's Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. Prior to her time at UGA, she attended Penn State University, where she was an undergraduate manager of the Leadership and Innovation Lab and graduated with high distinction for her B.A. in Psychology. Her research explores how the dynamics of leader behaviors, social support, OCB, and deviance have 1) changed in their impact over time and 2) affect employee relationships and outcomes. Andrea has presented her work at national conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management, and her research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. Her applied experience includes work for Del Monte Foods, the United Way, DOW Chemical, and the UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government. For fun, Andrea plays soccer for the UGA club soccer team and in various community leagues.
